Authenticity | Growth | Trust | Curiosity | Wisdom
Dedicated to communication & trust
Guided by a passion for people development
At Bridgepoint Mediation & Coaching, I understand that conflict often stems from a misalignment of values—whether within yourself, in your relationships, or in the environments where you live and work. I begin by deeply understanding your values, goals, and objectives. From there, I partner with you to uncover clarity, foster understanding, and create a clear, practical path forward. My approach to conflict resolution not only addresses the issue at hand but helps you rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and move forward with purpose.
I provide mediation and coaching services in a variety of areas, including:
Civil matters
Workplace conflicts
Community disputes
Life coaching
Career transitions
Workplace conflict

“Ubuntu is an African Philosophy that embodies the interconnectedness of humans. This philosophy is a guiding principle in my practice; when we see and connect with the humanness within ourselves and others we can find pathways to reconciliation and healing.”
